What We Do.

  • Diversified Manual Adjusting.

A high velocity low amplitude manual technique which may result in cavitation of the joints involved. A cavitation is a sudden decrease in pressure within a joint capsule which may cause a pop or click sound - producing relief of tension or ache.

  • Activator Technique.

The Activator adjusting instrument is a hand-held, spring-loaded instrument used in ‘The Activator’ method. It delivers high speed, low force impulses at specific point recognized by your chiropractor.

  • Dry Needling.

Thin needles are inserted into the trigger points of overactive muscles to deactivate these trigger points, therefore decreasing the pain associated with them.

  • Soft Tissue Therapy.

Various forms of soft tissue therapy are used by our chiropractors. Soft tissue therapy decreases pain and inflamation, reduced spasm, improved circulation and works at preventing further injury.

  • Kinesiotaping.

Thin flexible tape is applied to a specific region which aids with the body healing process, decreases inflammation and swelling by providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting range of motion.
